💳 Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policies
Deposit Requirements
To secure your date:
✔ $200 deposit per day is required at the time of booking
✔ Multiple-boat trips require a $200 deposit per boat, per day
✔ Dates cannot be held without a deposit
✔ Once reserved, all other inquiries for your date are declined
Your deposit guarantees your private charter is locked in.
Remaining Balance
Your final balance is due on the day of the trip and may be paid by:

We can process it, but a 3.5% transaction fee applies.
Gratuities
Tips are never required but always appreciated.
If the Captain provided a great experience, 15–20% is customary.
Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve your date exclusively for you:
✔ Cancellations 30+ days in advance
Full deposit refunded within 7 days.
✔ Cancellations under 7 days + No-shows
Charged full trip price to the card on file.
✔ If we rebook your canceled date
You receive a full refund, no matter the notice.
We do not make money on cancellations — every reasonable effort is made to rebook your date.

All weather decisions are made solely at the Captain’s discretion for your safety.
Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for:

Light rain is not a reason to cancel unless it affects visibility or safety.

Mechanical failures are rare, but if one occurs:

Captain will attempt to reschedule your charter at a convenient time

If rescheduling is impossible, your deposit is fully refunded
